Floating Village – Ha Long Bay, Vietnam

My posts on Asia have not been frequent nor have they been in order of how the trip went and to be perfectly honest now that I think about it almost a whole year has passed. Insanity. Without further ado, I give you Halong Bay.. Well a bit of it. Didn’t actually spend a lot of time here but it happy to have made it there on this trip. These were taken at a small floating village somewhere in the bay. These people live here full-time and many have never been to the mainland. If I’m not mistaken they came here on the Top Gear Vietnam Special (which I highly recommend by the way) at the end of the episode.

This is a definite check off the ‘ol bucket list.
