Galentine’s Day Brunch Ideas
Galentine’s Day is a perfect occasion to celebrate your love and admiration for the wonderful women in your life. This year, I decided to host a fabulous Galentine’s Day brunch party at my home for my closest girlfriends. From the decorations to the menu, every aspect of the event was thoughtfully curated to create a memorable experience. Decorate Your Space:
Start with. a clean space and gather all the items you want to include to ensure they all go together, when you know everything matches it makes setting the table foolproof. For my Galentine’s Day brunch, I went with a pink theme. I used pink tablecloths and napkins, pink plates and cups, and even added some pink flowers as centrepieces. Don’t be afraid to add your personal touch and make the space your own! As the host, it’s your responsibility to create a cozy and inviting environment for your girlfriends to enjoy their brunch and celebrate the holiday together. Hosting a brunch is a great way to spend Valentine’s Day, whether you’re in a relationship or not. So, put on some good music and let’s get to decorating!
Make It Personal:
Of course, catering is always an option but my love language is cooking so I love to create dishes, especially for the occasion from scratch. For my Galentine’s Day brunch, I created a menu filled with heart-shaped treats and pink drinks. I made heart-shaped potatoes and pink waffles for the main course, with a side of bacon, kale Ceaser and so much more! For dessert, I whipped up a heart-shaped fruit plate and a sweets tower. And of course, no Valentine’s Day celebration would be complete without a champagne mimosa bar featuring watermelon, cranberry, and grapefruit options to cheer to the occasion. Making it personal adds that special touch that will make your Galentine’s Day celebration one to remember.
Set the Mood:
Candles are so important to set the mood, even in the middle of the day candles are a must. Music also plays a huge role in a great party. For my Galentine’s Day brunch, I created a playlist of fun and empowering songs by female artists, such as Beyonce and Lizzo. To add some festive flair, I also played some classic love songs to fit the Valentine’s Day theme. The combination of upbeat and romantic tunes set the perfect ambiance for a girls-only celebration. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to dance and sing along with your besties, even if you’re not a great singer. Overall, setting the mood is key to making any party, especially a Galentine’s Day brunch, a success.

A chance to get dressed up with the girls and drink, eat great food and laugh. I can’t think of a better day, or rather, night, than Galentine’s Day! It’s the perfect excuse to spend quality time with your gal pals and show them how much you love and appreciate them. Valentine’s Day can be a bit overwhelming with all the pressure and expectations, but Galentine’s Day is all about letting loose and having a good time. So grab your besties, put on some pink, and let’s get the party started!
