Now of course a salsa recipe isn’t revolutionary but neither is chocolate chip cookies and there are 1 million of those online too.. I’ve been making this since I was a teenager. My mom used to make it constantly and it literally got me over a significant hatred for cilantro. It’s very simple, cutting everything tiny and even is the key to success here. You also want to make sure not to over salt.
Recipe is everything you see in the photo plus kosher salt
3 Tomatoes
1/4 red onion
2 limes
2 cloves of garlic
handful of cilantro (to taste)
1/4 jalapeno (or more if ya spicy)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (again to taste)
Chop everything in tiny squares and combine. Add cilantro and salt to taste
