This recipe is not one I can claim as my own however I’ve made it enough times to feel partial ownership. This is a super easy recipe; most ingredients are included in the Kodiak cake mix, which means less measuring. Because they contain protein powder and oatmeal, I consider them a breakfast food and I don’t need anyone telling me otherwise.
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
- Mix in egg and vanilla.
- Add the mix and oats, blend, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
