If you ever go to the Griffith Observatory in LA I would have to suggest you go at dusk. This is the one thing I really wanted to do because the potential for some amazing night shots was high. Of course I exhausted my camera battery capturing night scenes but it was more than worth it for some of the photos that came out of it.
